1. Scope of advisory services
Stretchlifetime LLC delivers specialized engineering advisory across mission-critical systems, enterprise cybersecurity, and healthcare technologies governed by individualized Statements of Work (SOW) and Master Services Agreements (MSA).
2. Intellectual property
All architectural blueprints, tailored infrastructure code, and technical deliverables engineered specifically for the client are irrevocably assigned in accordance with the governing consulting agreement.
3. Jurisdiction and governing law
Unless otherwise stipulated within an executed statement of work, these terms and any advisory engagements are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America.
